From May 3 to 8, 2025, we exhibited at IFFA 2025 in Frankfurt - one of the most important trade fairs in the industry. Our presence was met with great interest not only by numerous trade visitors, but also by existing and potential sales partners.

Our trade fair stand was widely praised - both for its modern design and the clear presentation of our new products. We are particularly proud of the fact that our innovations were perceived as real highlights of the trade fair. The focus was on the EFA 630 skinner, the new EFA CT, the VBE 8 model and our revised range of pliers. We were not only able to present these products, but also demonstrate them live, which led to many exciting conversations and interested inquiries.

The days at the trade fair were characterized by intensive, constructive business discussions. Our sales partners showed great interest in future collaborations, which confirms our strategic direction. We were also able to make new contacts that open up promising prospects for our further growth.

Organizationally, the trade fair ran largely smoothly. The processes worked well and our team on site was committed and professional - a decisive factor for a successful trade fair appearance. We were particularly pleased with the consistently positive feedback we received both for our products and for our trade fair appearance as a whole.

IFFA 2025 was a complete success for us. Not only did it provide us with new impetus, but it also confirmed that we are on the right track with our innovations and our partnership-based approach. With fresh impetus and many new contacts, we are looking forward to the coming months with confidence.

Together with our valued partner UltraSource, we took part in this prestigious event to present our latest products and services to an international audience of experts.

Our trade fair stand: a magnet for trade visitors

Our joint stand with UltraSource proved to be a real magnet for trade visitors from all over the world. Over 400 exhibitors presented their innovations on an area of 26,000 m² and we were delighted to be part of this dynamic community.

Creative highlights: The "Carnes Connection"

As a special highlight, we introduced the "Carnes Connection" - an interactive world of experience that took visitors on a journey through the future of meat processing. Here they were able to experience live how state-of-the-art technologies from UltraSource increase efficiency and quality in production. This innovative presentation attracted numerous interested parties and led to intensive technical discussions.

Lectures and workshops: Sharing and expanding knowledge

In addition to the exhibition, the trade fair also offered an extensive program of specialist presentations and workshops. Dear customers,

We are pleased to inform you that this year we will traditionally participate in the renowned IFFA trade fair, which will take place from 03.05.2025 to 08.05.2025. You will find us in hall 8.0, stand A74. We have prepared some exciting new products to coincide with the trade fair, which will provide a number of surprises.

A special highlight will be the presentation of the latest generation of our skinning machine. The BH-1, the very first skinner in the world, was developed by us in Maulbronn and launched on the market for the first time - a milestone that had a significant influence on the industry. This was followed by the EFA 100, EFA 300, EFA 600 and EFA 610 models, which continued to exceed the industry's expectations with continuously improved features and increased efficiency. The EFA 620 then set new standards in terms of performance and precision.

We are now presenting the latest generation of these machines. This is based on the experience of the previous models and offers you an even more powerful and precise solution for your production processes. Our aim is to offer you a machine that not only increases efficiency, but also meets the highest standards of quality and user-friendliness.

We cordially invite you to visit us at the trade fair to see the benefits of this new technology for yourself. Our experts will be happy to answer all your questions and explain the features and possible applications of the new skinning machine.

We look forward to your visit and exciting discussions!

We are pleased to present our new development EFA CT - a hand-held, compressed air-driven machine that raises the standard of hygiene in meat processing to a new level. The targeted use of this technology significantly improves the reduction of germs on beef carcasses, resulting in cleaner and safer processing.

The EFA CT enables precise and effective germ reduction on the surface of the carcass, especially when opening the skin. This results in a clean cut surface and significantly reduces the risk of microbiological contamination of the meat. The minimized contamination also significantly reduces wear and tear on the tools, especially the knives.

Thanks to the efficient operation of the EFA CT, it not only contributes to improved hygiene, but also to increased work quality and safety. This ensures an optimized work process and increases confidence in the hygiene and quality standards of meat production.

Our sales representative, Thomas Biere, took part in an important trade fair in Sofia, Bulgaria, together with our representative in Bulgaria, Bonner Ltd.

This event is one of the most important in the food industry in Southeast Europe and has established itself as one of the central specialist forums at national and Balkan level. Every year, domestic and foreign companies present their latest products, technologies and machinery, while experts from the industry can make valuable business contacts.

In a dynamic environment that reflects the pulse of the industry, we were able to gain new inspiration and hold fruitful discussions.

As every year, we expected a strong participation of leading Bulgarian companies as well as major international players in the food industry.

We are convinced that the successful combination of business and entertainment offers the best conditions for successful business deals and valuable new experiences.

This week we are visiting the Expomeat trade fair in São Paulo, Brazil.

These products are shipped worldwide, meaning that Brazilian goods are available in many countries.

Expomeat is geared towards the entire production chain of the protein industry and serves to develop business and present innovative solutions.

The trade fair offers an ideal opportunity to strengthen business relationships, promote customer loyalty and establish new partnerships.

The focus is on modern processing technologies and trends that are tailored to the current and future requirements of the industry.

All relevant areas of the production chain will be covered at Expomeat, including raw materials, machinery, equipment and accessories for protein processing, packaging machinery, by-product processing equipment, refrigeration technology, automation, logistics, traceability, sustainability, wastewater treatment, hygiene, energy generation and other industry-specific solutions.

Our valued employee Hector F. Garcia B. took part in the Tecno Fidta trade fair in Buenos Aires together with our representative in Argentina, Food Technology. Tecno Fidta is one of the most important events in the food technology sector in Latin America and serves as a platform for presenting the latest developments and trends in the industry.

The trade fair offers concrete insights into the latest technologies and products in food processing, packaging, hygiene and sustainability. Topics such as automation and digitalization were also increasingly brought into focus, as they are becoming more and more important in the food industry.

Tecno Fidta also provides a comprehensive overview of global market developments. International exhibitors presented their products and services, while trade visitors gained insights into the trends and requirements of the global food market. The trade fair thus promotes an understanding of international market requirements and provides guidance for future developments in the industry.

For our company, participation in Tecno Fidta offers the opportunity to further strengthen our market position and promote brand loyalty. Through the exchange with international customers and partners, new business opportunities can be identified and existing business relationships deepened.

A key benefit of the trade fair is the targeted promotion of interaction between national producers and international buyers. This exchange creates new business opportunities and helps to strengthen our international market presence.

Our sales manager, Mr. Merkt, took part in a top-class trade fair in China together with our representative in China, which proved to be a complete success.

In particular, the close and successful cooperation with our long-standing partner Beijing Landu Zhongrui was a highlight of the event. In intensive discussions, we were able to exchange forward-looking information and strategies that will promote our further growth.

In addition to the numerous valuable contacts with potential business partners and customers, we were inspired by the innovative product presentations and future-oriented presentations from the industry. The discussions about new technologies and market developments, which are of great importance for our future direction, were particularly exciting.

The show also offered the opportunity to attend exclusive technical presentations where industry experts shared their visions for the future of our industry.

These inspiring impressions and the direct exchange with leading companies give us valuable impetus for the further development of our products and services.

We are convinced that the knowledge gained will help us to strengthen our position in the market and develop innovative solutions for the future.
