The American Association of Meat Processors (AAMP) is North America's largest meat trade organization. Members include more than 1,600 mid-sized and smaller meat, poultry and food companies: Butchers, packers, processors, wholesalers, in-home food service companies, retailers, deli and catering companies, and industry suppliers. AAMP members come from the US, Canadian provinces and several other countries. AAMP's 18-member Board of Directors has general executive authority and overall responsibility for all business of the association. AAMP is also affiliated with 28 state, regional and provincial meat trade organizations.
Trade visitors have visited the exhibition in 2023.
